I am Grayson Leversha. I build solutions when systems fall short.
Greenstone started as a response to the frustration of watching good ideas get lost in bureaucracy and outdated processes. Too often, institutions mean well - but move too slowly for the challenges we face.
I grew up in New Zealand, built my first computer when I was nine, and later studied Law in the UK. That blend of technical curiosity and legal training gave me a unique perspective - one I now use to simplify complexity, remove friction, and help institutions evolve through technology. Creating systems to work better for the people they’re meant to serve.
I believe the future is built, not inherited. So I build practically and thoughtfully by asking better questions, moving faster, and not waiting for permission to fix what’s broken.
